Cases

  • Create new cases “Matter” and add all details about the court address, case number, client.
  • Assign team members to each case. 
  • Add multiple members and share the cases with clients. 
  • Edit permissions and controls to manage client access. 
  • Set an estimated budget (optional) and create milestones for cases
  • Attach cost and summary to milestones and change the status through the drop-down menu. 
  • A tab on recent activities of a case and also a graph about progress. 
  • Check your tasks’ details under project details with the help of the Gantt Chart.
  • Access the task board and assign tasks to the team members.
  • Share documents and case files with the client and team members.

Dashboard

  • Use the “Setting icon” (Grear icon) to control members and client access for each part of the Case such as (Members, Files, Activity etc..)
  • Control what sections your client can reach.
  • Import and export cases list and details to excel file.
